(Mr Prabhakar Rao is a former
employee of Tata Steel having served in different capacities in the Vigilance
section and other divisions. He was one of the founding members of the
Jamshedpur Sai samithi. He and his wife were instrumental in Bal Vikas for
children in Jamshedpur in the 80’s and 90’s.
An active member of the Sai organization, he has now settled in
Puttaparthi.In this article he shares his wife’s experience of how Swami saved
her from immanent danger in a miraculous manner.)
Swami said in His discourses that "I am with you, in
you, Around you". This is true and
realized if one has full faith and belief in Him. On 12. 7. 2012 I
was in Secunderabad and my wife, Mrs Prabhavati Rao in Parthi. On that day early hours Prabhavati Rao had a
dream. In that dream she saw Swami
coming alone from Yajurmandir to Kulwant hall for darshan. When Swami entered Kulwant Hall from ladies
side they saw Him and started telling Swami,Swami,Swami. Prabhavati Rao also did the same. She got up
and followed Swami. He walked some
distance and took a turn towards the steps which were there previously where
Swami's samadhi is presently there. He
climbed the steps and reached the dais. Prabhavati Rao also climbed the steps
after Him and reached the dais. On that
day Swami's chair was kept on the ladies side of the dais. Swami went and sat in the chair kept for
Him. Then Swami saw Prabhavati Rao and
said to take Padanamaskar which she did putting her head touching Swami's Lotus
feet. Swami blessed her with His hand on
her head. She got up happily and came
down the steps and sat with the ladies.
This is the dream of Prabhavati Rao on 12. 7. 2012 early hours.
Remembering the dream she got up in the morning. At 9 a. m.
she phoned me to Secunderabad and told me about her dream . I told her
that it was nice and that I am coming to Parthi by Kacheguda Express at 9 p. m.
and will be there on 13th 8. a. m. Whole
day she was happy remembering and analysing the dream. She thought that since
Swami made her to climb the steps and reached the dias may be that she is going
to merge in Swami soon. Further she felt
since Swami came in her dream she should have samadhi darshan in the evening when
she goes for bhajan. Accordingly she had samadhi darshan also after evening
bhajan on 12. 7. 2012 and returned. She shared her dream with our neighbour in
Parthi. At 8. 30 p. m. My daughter from
Chennai rang up to her and she also narrated the dream to my daughter. At 9 p. m . I phoned her and said that I
boarded the train.
At 10. 15 p. m. she switched off the
lights, switched on the fan in bed room and retired to bed by humming some
bhajan. The fan was in full swing.
Suddenly at 10. 30 p. m. she heard a sound(chung)in the bed room. The
sound was like a plate hit the wall. She
thought no plates were kept in the bed room and what this sound could be. Slowly she got up and switched on the light.
She did not find anything fallen on the bed or on ground around the cot.
Then she saw the fan which was rotating in an unbalanced manner and she
switched off the fan. The fan halted.
Then she saw to her astonishment one wing of the fan broken
immediately after the screws. This broken fan wing in its speed went and hit
the door frame near her cot which thereafter reversed and slid under the cot
from one end to the other end. She searched where this wing fell. She found it
under the cot on the other end of it.
She then went to the kitchen, put on the light and thanked Swami for saving
her from danger. She slept in the other room on that night.
Next day morning I reached home at 8 a. m. , took bath and
went to the bedroom to switch on the fan as usual. She told me not to do that.
I asked why? She then narrated what had happened in the previous night. Thus
Swami saved her. In the dream Swami blessed her at dawn on 12. 7. 2012
and saved her really after dusk. Thus Swami's ways of saving devotees are
mysterious. Therefore Swami's saying that "I am with you, in you, and
around you" is true.
