From Team Venugaanam's Desk

We are delighted to bring to you the October 2012 edition of Venugaanam. This edition begins with Swami’s Divine call to His devotees and students to give up misunderstandings and narrow mindedness to become ideal and victorious leaders.
We have heuristic questions and interesting topics like Ayurveda and past life regression discussed in the regulars on ‘AtmaJyothi’, ‘Astrology and Spirituality’, and ‘A Journey Within’.
An interesting experience shared by Mr G Prabhakar Rao from Puttaparthi, highlights the import of Swami’s statement when He says:” I am in you , above you, below you, around you”. Through this miraculous incident, Swami once again confirms His omnipresence and shows how He protects His devotees at every step.
In the creativity section, Sister Prameela shares some of her ideas and photographs of hand- made articles. Many items which we believe as useless can actually be transformed into decorative items and gifts of beauty.
There have been some significant developments last month.  We had many Sai students coming to the school and the construction site and expressing their keen interest to get involved. Teacher’s day was celebrated in school with much grandeur and the children expressed their gratitude to their teachers. The school now looks serene and beautiful with the installation of Lord Ganesha in His sacred shrine.  The entire village and all the children are very excited that Lord Vinayaka has come to the school. Owing to water scarcity, the bore well of Sai Krushna Charitable Trust has been instrumental in providing drinking water to nearly 180 homes in 2 villages around the school. It is almost as if Swami has initiated a mini water project in the village to help the thirsty rural folk. Meanwhile, construction is progressing rapidly and the ground floor roof has been completed on September 23rd. Incidentally, Sai Krushna Charitable Trust also completed two successful years on 23rd September, 2012. The first floor roof is also expected to be completed by October 15th while the masonry for the ground floor is in progress. Next month we will be having workshop for the teachers and the children in the last part of their Navarathri vacations.
We are happy to have your feedback on how to make ‘Venugaanam’ a better communication tool. You may kindly mail us at contactus@saikrushnamandir.org . Do feel free to share with us your experiences in following Swami’s teachings or on any other theme of your choice.
Happy reading! Wish you all a Very happy and festive Navarathri. May Swami inspire us to follow His message of love and service.
With All our Prema,
Team Venugaanam
Sai Krushna Charitable Trust
